I recived quite a few e-mails from people asking me for a template/tutorial, but unfortunately I didn't have time to make one for you then...
But now I did, so here's the template for you :)

Today I'm holding a class at Unik Hobby, in colouring with Prismacolor Premier Pencils, and at the end of the class, we're going to make a small Mail-Box for Christmas-Tags!
Mail-Box for Christmas-Tags
Size: 5 x 8 x 13 cm
Ink: Memento - Rich Cocoa, Distress Ink - Weathered Wood.
Stamp: Bildmålarna - Mimosa "Snowflake".
Colouring: Prismacolor Premier Pencils.
Papers: Bildmålarna - Jul "Flinga", Bazzill - blue & white cardstock, copy paper 280g.
Tools: Spellbinders - Nesting Scalloped & Classic Squares, Martha Stewart - Glacial snowflake punch, EK Success - snowflake punch.
Embellishments: Self Adhesive Rhinestones & Alpha Stickers.
