DT Sketch Saturday Week #114

Tools: Spellbinders - Nesting Rectangles & Mega Ovals, Martha Stewart - Eyelet Lace border punch, EK Suksess - leaf punch.

Embellishments: Wild Orchid Crafts - rose, Hobbyhimmelen - lilies, Papirloftet - stems, Kort & Godt - pearls.

DT Unik Hobby - July's Stamp Challenge

Hi everyone!!!!

First of all - thank you so much for all of your sweet comments!!! I'm so sorry that I don't have time to make comments in return to each and one of you every time, but then I wouldn't have time to make my cards...

But you should all know, that I truly appreciate every comment I get, and I do visit your blogs whenever I'm able to, to admire all your beautiful creations!!!!

I'm soon gonna arrange a little candy for you, to make up for my absence this summer (and to celebrate my numbers of bloghits and followers) - but be patiente and stay put :)

But, now on to my July stamp challenge for Unik Hobby:

First of all, I've used Malene's great sketch from her Summer Challenge to make this card.

I got this cute stamp, with a little mouse holding a big ice cream, and it matched perfectly with a couple of the new Maja Design papers from the Summer Collection, with lots of ice creams on :)

The stamp from Stampavie, is designed by Tina Wenche, and is called "Mouse Holding Ice Cream".

The image is stamped on aquarellpaper 200g with Archival Ink - Coffee, and is coloured with Distress Ink - Refills. The cool text (Congratulations) is from one of Kort & Godt's new stamp sheets.

The fun and cute papers from Maja Design's summer collection, are called Sommartider - "Iskall saft" & "Citronsorbet". I've also used some pink and white Bazzill cardstock to make the card.

The edges on all the papers are inked with Distress Ink - Victorian Velvet.

The white scalloped border is made with a edge punch from EK Suksess, and the circles and ovals are made with Spellbinders - Nesting Standard Circles & Petite Ovals. The butterflies are punched out with Martha Stewart - Royal Butterfly punch, and the pierced square is made with a Tim Holtz ruler and a piercing tool.

The other sides also got almost the same layout as the front ;)

On the first inside I've used a great sentiment from Kort & Godt, and on the other inside there's some space to write a perconal note.

The nice lace in white and silver is from Kuttut, but you'll find lots of other beautiful laces at Unik Hobby.

The georgeous blue rhinestones are from Queen & Co.

I've used one om my own signature stamps from My Costum Stamps on the back of the card.

The beautiful blue (15 mm) and pink (10 mm) roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts, along with the white Ghypsholias.

Some of the ice cream balls have got some rainbow glitter on them, and the cherry on the top is glazed with Glossy Accents from Ranger.

DT LOTV Challenge #58

DT Ett trykk: Issue 03/10 - Minicards Part 2

I told you we made 2 collections of Mini Cards for our issue 03/10 of Ett trykk, so 

today I'll show you my other one :)

Recipe:

Ink: Distress Ink - Black Soot & Pumice Stone, Versamark - Watermark.

Stamps: Inky Wings - Crackle Stamp Design by Maya Stenshagen, Stempelglede - text inside.

Papers: Maja Design - Crea Diem Collection, Bazzill - London Fog & light grey cardstock, Ladybug & Friends - Die Cut Paper Volume 6 (the birds).

Tools: Spellbinders - Nesting Labels 4, Martha Stewart - Doily Heart Lace Punch, transparent embossing powder with glitter, gluepads.

Embellishments: Unik Hobby - roses & rosebuds, Kort & Godt - pearls.

Technics: The frames are punched out with Nseting Labels 4, stamped and embossed, and mounted with gluepads.

LOTV Launching Christmas People Collection 2010 - Sneekpeek

Wooohooo!!! Today Lili of the Valley's DT is showing off sneekpeeks of the new Christmas People Collection 2010 launched at the web-shop today!!!

And WOW! These are the most fabolous christmas stamps ever!!!
I love them all - and I'm sure you will too :)

I've had fun crafting with this beauty - "All Wrapped Up", making my first Christmas card of the year :)

Card recipe:

Ink: Archival Ink - Jet Black, Distress Ink - Weathered Wood to ink some of the edges, and Refills for colouring the adorable image (mainly in the colours of Shipped Safire & Pumice Stone).

Stamps: LOTV - "All Wrapped Up" & Christmas text. 

Inside the card I've used the Inkadinkado stamps - Winter Schrolls.

Papers: Maja Design - Vintertid "Kyla" &  "Snöflingor" (from last years Christmas Collection), Bazzill - white canvas & blue shimmer acrdstock, Canson - Montval aquarellpaper 200g.

Tools: Marianne Design - CreaTables LR 0112 (Bunny Zoe's Crafts), Spellbinders - Nesting Classic & Petite Circles.

Embellishments: Wild Orchid Crafts - Hybrid Tea Roses 25 mm (blue), Paper Roses 10mm & 15 mm (navyblue, babyblue, cornflower & grey/navyblue), Poinsettias (white - cooming soon) & Pearl Spray, Kort & Godt - rhinestones.

The girls muff & tassels and all the beautiful roses are springled with glass glitter.

If you look closely at the image, it seems like the girl is covered with tiny snowflakes...an effect as a result of trying to seal my printer ink with Fixativ spray :) Quite cool, ha?

DT Ett trykk: Issue 03/10 - Minicards Part 1 & Unik Hobby Summer Challenge

A theme we had in issue 03/10 of Ett trykk, was minicards.

All the DT memebers made 2 collections each, each collection remained of 3 matching cards,

in the size 10 x 10 cm.

Here's my first collection - cards for different occations, in white with colourful embellishments :)

Recipes:

Sizes: 10 x 10 cm

Ink: Archival Ink - Jet Black

Stamps: Norsk Stempelblad AS - texts, Stampology - On the Edge.

Paper: Bazzill - white cardstock.

Embellishments: Unik Hobby - roses & rosebuds, Prima - Mini Gypsos, Kort & Godt - pearls.

Technics: The stitches are drawed by hand with a black pen.
